“ Excellent place to eat typical local food. Stay chic. There is Internet. They take care of you very well. I really liked the seasoning. The menu does not have much variety, but what little there is is very tasty and very well presented. My husband, my daughter and I went to eat, there wasn't much to choose from for the children, but they loved the quesadillas with carne asada. They placed a carafe of water with a touch of rosemary. Very delicious. The executive menu is from 1.30, we arrive 1.18 p.m. and they didn't want to serve us the executive menu, but in the end they agreed. Thank you. The place is exactly on a corner next to a church and the street is busy because it is a street that sells a lot of crafts. If you can't find a place nearby, there is parking available for 30 mxn for unlimited hours. We will return without a doubt. They accept payment by card, but they ask you to leave the tip in cash. I ordered enmoladas for the main course, they give you a choice of filling between chicken, potato and cottage cheese. I ordered cottage cheese and it was delicious. The mole was exquisite and the dish was well served. Neither much nor little. I loved that they served it in typical Metepec clay dishes. I loved . The hutlacoche soup is very delicious, a little salty, but delicious. The very petite but delicious salad: lettuce, cucumber, grated carrot, pomegranate, amaranth and honey mustard dressing. rich. My husband ordered enfrijoladas with chicken and said the food was delicious. Dessert was homemade banana pancake Executive menu 120 mxn ”
“ Nice place, good food, good service, good price... ”
“ A special place in Metepec. I really liked the service, the atmosphere, and what I ordered. I just went for a drink and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the matcha/horchata cold, and what a delight! It was accompanied by chocolate cake. I like that despite the good quality, the prices aren't extremely high; in fact, they're good prices. Highly recommended. I'll be back for a meal; the menu seems to be good. Congratulations to the owners; they're doing very well. ”
“ A very pretty and minimalist place, with the essentials to feel comfortable, happy, and chilled. I think everything is great, both the location and the establishment. The seasoning could be improved to be excellent, but it's compensated by the good service and friendliness. ”
“ I loved this place very much! Although it is small it feels like it has a lot of space, I loved that it is very cozy. We ordered the menu of the day, which included guava water, a noodle soup, a salad, the main course which was some chilaquiles with green chorizo, for dessert a bread with coffee, and finally a mint meringue. Everything very fresh and delicious, and above all well served. I'm coming back, keep it up! Thank you ”
“ UPDATE: THEY'RE BACK!! We went again today, and I'm so glad they've taken action on the comments you've shared. The food was delicious, the portions have increased, and they've added coffee (great) to the daily menu. They've raised the price of the menu, but honestly, I think it's extremely appropriate for the quality of the experience and the quality of the food. Long live Santa Restaurant!! ——- We've been more or less regular customers of Santa because they offer that "twist" that traditional budget-friendly cuisine lacks: a balanced, varied, and tasteful menu without leaving the vegetables forgotten in the cupboard. They change their menu every day, and the portions, while not abundant, leave you feeling very satisfied. They also have a la carte options. The prices make it, as in our case, the place to go when you have nothing at home and want to eat well and beautifully, very affordable. I'm giving it 4 stars because they recently changed something in the kitchen that was very noticeable in the dishes . I hope they right the ship because they already had us won over. Their coffee and hot drinks bar deserve a special mention because I hadn't had the chance to try them until today, and I was invited to do so again! ”
“ Small but nice restaurant. Good food and great service. Can highly recommend it. ”
“ I went on a Saturday at 3 p.m. with my wife and my dog. A table was immediately available in the section of the restaurant on Comonfort Avenue. We ordered the executive menu, which includes bread, soup of the day, flavored water, salad, main course, and dessert. The presentation is very good and innovative, including the cutlery, the water pitcher, and the glasses, which are actually flasks. I thought the food was tasty and had a very attractive appearance. The green sauce on my ribs was tasty. Perhaps the soup of the day was a little salty for my taste, but I don't use much salt. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the Mexican chill music accompanies the meal very well. ”
